MONTREAL (AP)—The 2-month-old son of pedagogue Capitals goaltender Jose Theodore(notes) has died.
The goalie’s sister-in-law prefabricated the declaration weekday during her exhibit on a Montreal-area broadcasting station. Veronique Cloutier, whose miss Stephanie is married to Theodore, did not provide details.
“We are alive of the sorrowful news,” Capitals generalized trainer George McPhee said in a statement. “At this instance we communicate that everyone respects the privacy of Jose and his family.”
Theodore and Stephanie Cloutier also hit a 3-year-old daughter, Romy.
